ALL ORDERS OVER $149 QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING IN ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES.

For most orders, we utilize a network of specialized logistics providers to ensure efficient delivery. We also partner with FedEx for urgent requests or specific destinations.

Product Classification

To provide accurate shipping estimates, we categorize our products into two groups:

  • Small Items (≤ 5kg): Includes portable printers, ink cartridges, and accessories.
  • Large Items (> 5kg): Includes desktop printers (typically shipped directly from China).

Two Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping (Default for eligible regions):
For the specific regions listed below, our standard shipping option generally includes taxes and duties (DDP). We handle customs clearance, so you typically won’t need to pay additional fees upon delivery.

2. Express Shipping (FedEx) – Available Worldwide:
Any customer, in any country, may request FedEx express shipping (typically 5–7 business days).
To use this service, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.
Important: For this express method, the buyer is responsible for paying all Import Taxes, VAT, and customs handling fees directly to FedEx upon delivery.

Standard Shipping: Delivery Times & Services by Region

1. European Union, Andorra, Switzerland, Norway

Destinations: All EU member states, Andorra, Switzerland, Norway.

  • Taxes (Standard Shipping): Included in price (prepaid by us). No extra charges upon delivery.
  • Small Items:
    • Typically shipped from Netherlands: 3–7 business days.
    • If out of stock in NL, shipped from China: 7–10 business days.
  • Large Items: Shipped from China: 7–15 business days.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom – Special Note

  • Small Items (Shipped from Netherlands): Buyer must pay taxes. We do not collect VAT/Duties. Royal Mail will invoice you before delivery.
  • Small/Large Items (Shipped from China): Taxes are generally included; no additional fees collected upon delivery.

2. Arab & Gulf Countries + Israel

Destinations: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Israel.

  • Origin: Shipped from China.
  • Taxes (Standard Shipping): Included (no extra charges).
  • Small Items: ~7 business days.
  • Large Items: 10–15 business days.

3. North America

Destinations: USA, Canada, Mexico.

  • Origin: Shipped from China.
  • Taxes (Standard Shipping): Included (no extra charges).
  • Small Items: ~7 business days.
  • Large Items: 10–15 business days.

4. Australia & New Zealand

  • Origin: Shipped from China.
  • Taxes (Standard Shipping): Included (no extra charges).
  • Small Items: ~7 business days.
  • Large Items: 10–15 business days.

5. East Asia & Southeast Asia

Destinations: Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau.

  • Origin: Shipped from China.
  • Taxes (Standard Shipping): Included (no extra charges).
  • Small Items: 5–7 business days.
  • Large Items: 7–10 business days.

6. Central & South America

Destinations: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile.

  • Origin: Shipped from China.
  • Taxes (Standard Shipping): Included (no extra charges).
  • Small Items: 10–20 business days.
  • Large Items: 10–20 business days.

7. Africa

Destinations: South Africa, Morocco, Mauritius, Rwanda, Kenya.

  • Origin: Shipped from China.
  • Taxes (Standard Shipping): Included (no extra charges).
  • Small Items: 10–15 business days.
  • Large Items: 10–15 business days.

Rest of World (Countries Not Listed)

For any country not listed above:

  • We generally ship via FedEx from China.
  • Taxes & Duties: These are NOT included. You must pay applicable Customs Duties and VAT directly to FedEx or your local customs authority upon delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 7–10 business days.

How to Estimate Your Final Cost (Rest of World / FedEx Option)

If you are in a region not listed or specifically requested FedEx express shipping, your final cost is approximately calculated as:

Total Cost = Amount Paid on Website + (Invoice Value × Local Tax Rate) + Customs Handling Fee

Example: If you purchase a product for $149 and your country’s tax rate is 10%:
You can expect to pay approximately $14.90 in taxes to the carrier.
If the carrier charges a $15 handling fee, your total cost will be $149 + $14.90 + $15 = $178.90.

Logistics Policy Change Disclaimer

While we strive to keep this shipping policy accurate and up to date, logistics providers may occasionally adjust their services due to commercial decisions, war, government policy changes, or unforeseen disruptions.

If, as a result of such changes, we determine that your order cannot be delivered to the intended destination, we will notify you before your order is processed. In such cases, we will typically recommend canceling the order, and a full refund will be issued promptly.
